Privacy

BOS Partners regard customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our supporters. The following privacy policy applies to all BOS Partners users, and conforms to internet privacy standards. If you have questions or concerns regarding this statement, you should first contact us via our contact details at the bottom of this page.

Collection of information

In order to interact with BOS Partners, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to donations including email and address. Any information collected by BOS Partners is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, email, mail, sms, or directly through our website.

Use of collection information

Any details collected from BOS Partners customers is required in order to provide you with our high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references.

We store a scan of your passport, passport number and flight details before and during your trip. Upon completion of your trip, this data will be permanently erased from our records. We only store this data to ensure we can safely take care of you during your travels and stay. Your passport details will only be shared with the Visitation Programme team at BOS UK/USA and our Indonesian team at BOS Foundation.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time upon request via the email at the bottom of the page.

Storage of collected information

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. If you have any questions about security on our website, you can contact us. Our details are at the bottom of this page.
